Buli gifted with the art to cook has been awarded with the most outstanding student award at Capsicum Culinary Studio. He can be seen making food at your favorite hotel launches and local ministers events. No stranger to being in front of the camera he has made several Appearances on TV and radio programmes.
The Secret: Working with simple and humble seasonally available ingredients. Producing dishes with traditional and modern cooking methods. I also am a firm believer in depth of flavour. “We create lifetime memories from food.”
I would love to study further and one day open my own Bistro. But for now I can -Organise private functions of all scales. -Purchase fresh produce from local markets . -Prepare gourmet dishes for clients.
