Tahle brings a freshness to the Zimbabwean music arena. She embraces her Afrikaness, through the use of our rich languages, Tonga, Shona, Ndebele and English to cite a few. Her music integrates the traditional progressions of both dance and song. Her performances have been described as almost a magnificent experience of the soul, abundant. Her sound is an extraordinary blend of genres. Very intriguing.
Her songs speak about the relevant issues that affect us as people, mothers, children, but when she invites us to join her in celebrating life, she takes us on an unforgettable fun trip. The real life issues remain always her focus and provide inspiration to strumming the birth of her songs. She remains innocent, as she puts on your table good, clean, safe, content, that is free of unsavory inappropriate elements.
Her commercial career started at the age of 18, in November 2017. Prior to this, Tahle achieved a phenomenal track record at the National Eisteddfod. In her high school years at Gateway High school, she walked away with 14 National honors awards and 8 National trophies, against an average of 1000 entries. She held titles of Best Female
Vocalist in 16-21 ages, Best Vocalist for Eisteedfod for 3 consecutive years, Charm and Musicality Trophee. Her genre orientation is classic, contemporary and jazz in its many colors. She became a permanent guest feature of the PE boys Jazz band and graced the Harare International Festival ( HIFA) for 3 years.
Her interest in theatre has seen her as guest artist at Afdis sponsored event at Reps theatre. Tahle has co-starred in the musical Bongile, alongside Hope Masike and Gemma Griffith and scored for the sameTahle today has evolved her career as a cross genre artist. She holds her forte in jazz, classical ,Afro pop and world music.
Driven to promote the arts as a viable career by using her life as a proof on concept model to demonstrate, that young women can follow their passion in the arts and become financially able and international brands. She is under under Afrikan Genesis tutelage.
